Coronavirus Information Vaccinations

Missouri S&T is committed to helping employees stay safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. S&T urges all students, faculty and staff to be fully vaccinated prior to the beginning of the Fall 2021 semester. Information about vaccine resources and upcoming clinics on campus is provided below.

Make your vaccine plan

Some vaccines require two doses administered 21 days apart. Additionally, it takes two weeks (14 days) after the final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine for a person to be considered fully vaccinated. For example, if you plan to be fully vaccinated by Miner Move-In on Monday, Aug. 16, then you will need to receive your final COVID-19 vaccine dose by Monday, Aug. 2.

Upcoming clinics

In partnership with Phelps Health, Missouri S&T will host two clinics to administer the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. If you have already received your first dose of the Pfizer vaccine 21 to 28 days before these clinics, you can receive your second dose at either of these clinics.

  • Clinic No. 1 will be held Wednesday, Aug. 18, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., in the Meramec Room of the Havener Center. Appointments are not required; just drop in. Please complete this consent form and bring with you to the clinic.
  • Clinic No. 2 will be held Wednesday, Aug. 25, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. Appointments are not required; just drop in. Please complete this consent form and bring with you to the clinic.

Second doses

  • Clinic No. 1. The second dose for those vaccinated at the first clinic will be administered 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, in the same location. If you get the first dose on Aug. 18, please plan to get the second dose on Sept. 8.
  • Clinic No. 2. The second dose for those vaccinated at the second clinic will be administered 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, in the same location. If you get the first dose on Aug. 25, please plan to get the second dose on Sept. 15.
