Vaccine sites

The Phelps/Maries County Health Department provides the following list of vaccine sites and instructions on how to schedule appointments.

Your primary care doctor

Contact your primary care physician to check on availability. Many health care facilities have procedures to assist their patients with scheduling a COVID-19 vaccination.

Phelps Health in Rolla

First dose Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine appointments are available for all Missouri residents age 16 and older at the Phelps Health and Missouri S&T parking lot on 10th Street, across from the emergency department. Pre-registration is required at

If you’re a Missouri resident age 16 or 17 and want to get the COVID-19 vaccine, you must have a parent or guardian sign the consent form at and be present with you when you’re vaccinated.

Visit and submit the form to receive vaccine updates from Mercy. As vaccine supply allows, Mercy will reach out to schedule appointments with eligible individuals.  

Your Community Health Center in Rolla

Call 573-201-9518 to schedule a vaccine appointment with Your Community Health Center. The medical clinic is located at 1081 E. 18th St. in Rolla.

Wal-Mart Pharmacy

Locations include Rolla, Cuba, Jefferson City (West Stadium Boulevard location) and Salem. To check availability and schedule an appointment, visit

Sinks Pharmacy

Sinks Pharmacy is offering Moderna COVID-19 vaccines weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome. No appointment is required.

Missouri COVID-19 Vaccine Navigator

The state launched the COVID-19 Vaccine Navigator for individuals to register for a vaccine on the site. Complete a questionnaire to determine your eligibility based on Missouri’s priority phases.

Registrants will be notified when the activation of a new phase occurs and alerted when they become eligible. In addition, the website will also remind registrants when it’s time to schedule their second dose.

Missouri’s Area Agencies of Aging

In partnership with Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the state’s Area Agencies for Aging (AAA) will assist seniors age 60 and older with online vaccination registration, coordinate round-trip transportation for appointments, and make reminder calls about second doses.

One important tool for suppressing the spread of the coronavirus is the COVID-19 vaccine. In order to notify you of vaccine availability, we are asking faculty and staff to complete this survey as soon as possible. Complete the survey

After you complete the survey

You will be emailed with instructions once the vaccine is available to you. Filling out this survey does not guarantee when you get a vaccine, but it does provide a way for the health care staff to contact you when doses are available.
