New vaccination policy

The University of Missouri System developed a new human resources policy (HR-703) to comply with the federal mandate. The policy, announced Dec. 2, applies to all full-time and part-time employees at S&T, including graduate research assistants (GRAs), graduate teaching assistants (GTAs) and student employees, whether they work in person or remotely. This policy does not apply to volunteers or S&T students who are not university employees. According to the policy, employees must provide documentation that they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have been approved for an exemption by Tuesday, Jan. 18. To become fully vaccinated by this date, individuals must receive their final dose by Tuesday, Jan. 4. Learn more by visiting this question-and-answer page about the requirement.

How to voluntarily report your vaccination status

Missouri S&T is committed to helping employees stay safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. S&T urges all students, faculty and staff to become fully vaccinated. Booster doses are recommended to those who qualify. Information about vaccine resources and upcoming clinics on campus is provided below.

Are you fully vaccinated? If so, please let us know by voluntarily providing your information.

Faculty and staff should use the COVID Vaccine Uploader in myHR to report status. You will need to upload a photo of your vaccination card as proof of vaccination.

Students  are encouraged to report their vaccination record via S&T’s Student Health Portal, mst.studenthealthportal.com. You’re invited to enter to win prizes in our vaccine incentive program. Get details at coronavirus.mst.edu/win.
